Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 2026. First draft — pending review by club officers before this is treated as final.

1. Membership

Membership in the KSSS Mathematics & Technology Club is open to students of Kotu Senior Secondary School who submit an application through this portal and are approved according to the club's enrollment rules. Membership status may be active, inactive, or graduated, as determined by the club's constitution and the portal's own active-status rules.

2. Course enrollment

Courses offered through this portal may be open enrollment, require executive approval, or require a redemption code. Access windows are set per enrollment and are not extended by default. The club does not process payments through this portal — where a course has a cost, access is granted only via a redemption code issued directly by club executives.

3. Conduct

Members are expected to act in accordance with the club's constitution and, where applicable, the Developer Code of Conduct. Violations may result in a change of membership status at the discretion of club executives.

4. Account responsibility

Members are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and for the accuracy of the information they submit through this portal. Suspected unauthorized access should be reported to a club executive immediately.

5. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the club and portal evolve. Continued use of the portal after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
