Decide when a member counts as Active. Each rule looks at the selected audience's recent record over its own time window.
Rules
How many of the seven board seats must be present for an executive meeting to be official (Constitution Art. V §5.2). A meeting below this number is recorded as informal and does not count toward anyone's attendance.
When it re-checks. Saving here re-checks every member straight away. Otherwise a member is re-checked when their record changes: an application is approved, an enrollment is requested, approved, redeemed, removed or expires, or an exam result is recorded.
Switched-off rules are ignored completely.
Manual overrides always win over the rules. An admin sets or clears one from a member's row on the Members page.
