Record exam result
Manual entry only (v1). Select the active enrollment and enter scores.
Search active members. The enrollment is resolved automatically once you pick a course.
Populated once both member + course are selected.

How this works

v1 — manual entry only. There is no automated exam-tool integration yet. See the PRD and Decisions Log §8 for the plan to add webhooks once an exam tool is chosen.

Recording a result does two things:

  1. Creates a row in exam_results with the score and your member ID as entered_by.
  2. Updates the enrollment status to completed and triggers a recompute of the member's active status.

Once recorded, a result cannot be edited here — contact a database admin if a correction is needed.

Only executives and admins
The record_exam_result() database function enforces this at the RLS level — a member cannot record their own results even by calling the API directly.
